Hello friends! It has been a busy last 6-months as I’ve been working on a big writing project for global architecture and engineering firm Gresham Smith, (I just rewrote 200+ of their bios! Crazy but exciting times.) Anyways, I wanted to share a fun interview that I wrote up recently for the Nashville Edit—a beautiful new coffee table magazine and website created by one of my mentors, Stacie Standifer who gave me my first big break interviewing Carrie Underwood 7 years ago. I was so excited to interview Alicia, an actress I have watched on television since I was a kid (her role as the daughter on “Cybill” was one of my faves yet she has also been on “The Walking Dead” and “Orange is the New Black” recently too) and to learn all about her favorite places in Nashville—she is a transplant just like me and is loving Music City so far after decades in L.A. She is also an incredibly talented musician.
