On the last Tuesday of October, I interviewed Larry Kloess at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center— a highly-regarded music promoter and curator who founded Cause a Scene four years ago. Thanks to his determination to create a come-one-come-all community, Larry turned his passion for house concerts into a full-time career. Yet, it wasn’t all roses as you can witness in the video below. I appreciated his candor when it came to the struggle of a work-life balance and how sometimes you have to walk away momentarily in order to get your love for something back.
